Cancellation Policy
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all first-time clients to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to this policy. The deposit will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For any no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours), a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you so much for your understanding, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need to reschedule.
